3. Order Placement and Delivery

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service engagement up to 7 days before the agreed start date for a full refund. Refunds are returned via the original transaction method within 14 business days. Service commencement automatically begins with document submission or scheduled appointments. Once a service has started, no refund is available due to administrative preparation and resource allocation. However, customers may request to transfer the service to a later date by contacting us in writing at least 3 days before the original start date.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
